Continuing Sergio's legacy?

For anyone that haven't already heard the sad news, please see the thread at Eurobricks:

Sergio leaves a great legacy behind and it would be such a shame to see all his hard work in the past 8 years come to an end.

Does anyone know how to get in touch with his family? We would like to offer our help in continuing the legacy of SR 3D Builder as we think it’s the best CAD program for LEGO and have been using it for more than roughly 1000 hours in the past 4 years. Without his software, we wouldn’t have been able to do a lot of the projects we have done. If we could get access to the sourcecode we will make sure to keep the software alive, so his legacy can live on.

On behalf of team
Lasse and Kenneth

I asked about the offline PayPay account and his wife replied with the sad news.
I dont know if she will provide you with any sourcecode but its nice to hear that somebody wants to continue with the development.

Unfortunetly I dont have a registration but would like to use the full programm.

If you send a mail to maybe his wife replay to you. I asked her long time ago if she had the access to Sergio work but never replay to me. I hope she never read that mail because at the first time I wrote at the same email address for the condolences she replay to me. If you want to wrote an email I can translate to you in italian.

Was anybody lucky with contacting some of his family about his work?

I wanted to buy the registration code, but then i heard about Sergios death :(

I am a little bit familiar with C# so i tried reverse engineering the code, but he used some methods to obscure his work. Nevertheless i got access to the licensing check, but was not able to reproduce a valid license so far. I would definitly buy the license but this is not an option anymore :(

Hi lippifax. I tried to reverse engineering the code too but the method are obfuscated. One way is to rename the method with other names and debug what they do on the application. It's a long work we can help each other to continue the work of Sergio. My e-mail is if someone wants to contact me
